IQ² Oz live debates scheduled for 2008 are as follows:

- 20 May - China is not fit to host the Olympics
- 8 July - By 2020 only the rich will be at home in Australia
- 19 August - We'd be better off without religion
- 30 September - For a sporting nation we're not very sporting
- 29 October - America has lost its moral authority

Format:
The debates are held at the City Recital Hall, Angel Place in Sydney. Evenings begin at 6:00pm; the debate begins at 6:45pm and will end promptly at 8:30pm.
Ticket purchasing and prices:
Tickets can be brought through the ticketing office at the City Recital Hall, Angel Place. It is possible to purchase single tickets or a season ticket – thus guaranteeing a seat at events that are typically sold out in London and New York.

Season subscription tickets
Season subscription tickets are sold at the starting cost of $150.00 (AUD) per subscription for all debates. This reduces by 1/6 after each event.
Season tickets represent a significant saving on the purchase of single tickets. Further discounts are also available for students, pensioners and those issued with a discount code.
Please note that the ticketing page initially shows the full value of the a subscription with the appropriate discount being calculated once you choose the number of seats you wish to purchase. The system will then discount the cost of the tickets and give you the package price.
