Ticketing for Sydney debates

General ticketing information

Dr Simon Longstaff of St James Ethics Centre addresses the audience at an IQ2 debate in Sydney.

Tickets for Sydney debates can either be booked over the counter at City Recital Hall Angel Place, online at the City Recital Hall Angel Place website or via telephone on +61 (0)2 8256 2222.

Tickets booked online or by telephone at least one week prior to the performance can be mailed.

Alternatively, tickets can be held by the City Recital Hall Angel Place Box Office for collection two hours prior to the performance.

Single ticket prices for the 2010 season in Sydney are*:

  • Single tickets (general): $32.00 (AUD)
  • Single ticket (members**): $27.00 (AUD)
  • Single ticket (students, pensioners): $22.00 (AUD)

* Additional fees may apply.
** Discounts are available for members of St James Ethics Centre and the City of Sydney Libraries.

Season tickets

The season ticket package for the remaining seven debates in Sydney is $189 (plus booking fees). This amount will reduce after each event.

Ticketing for Melbourne debates

Full price tickets are $30 and $20 for concession card holders and St James Ethics Centre members.

Note that there will be no season ticket available for the 2010 debate series in Melbourne.
